Toontown Corporate Clash: a compilation of events and an attempt of a timeline
This page is being written to document, archive and hopefully open up discussion and critical thinking with regards to the current situation happening in the TTCC community/team and the Toontown community at large. I also want this page to serve as an educational/informative read for those who may not be aware of what is happening or do not have social media to view these posts.
Disclaimer
The documentation and discussion of these events and certain users involved is not intended to incite harassment on anyone from any side. Please be considerate and open to information or perspectives you may not have considered, I will try my best to be neutral as I have no personal ties to most people involved in the situation (whether it be former or current TTCC staff, any Toontown content creators etc). I will make my stance clear here however:
I support the former staff of Tootown Corporate Clash who have come out or given their testimonies/approval towards negative experiences they have gone through while part of the crew. I also support the current staff of TTCC who are either innocent or just caught up in the backlash due to guilt by association, please redirect your anger and frustrations to the people actually responsible for the abuse.
Additionally, sadly as much as I tried to archive/search, certain contexts like screenshots or accounts relevant to this timeline/document are completely inaccessible (from my viewing/access) or gone/deleted, if you have anything substantial to provide, please feel free to email me. A lot of this also threads on word of mouth and are allegations, please take this with a grain of salt but do keep an open mind once again.
Content warnings include: abuse/mistreatment of volunteers, discussions of grooming/sexual abuse (more to be added if needed)
What is Toontown Corporate Clash?
Toontown Corporate Clash, shortened to TTCC or Clash/Corporate Clash is a fan server of Disney's online mmorpg Toontown. Like a lot of fan communities surrounding online mmo games that have shut down or gone offline, revivals to archive and enhance the game have popped up especially with something as big and beloved as Toontown.
Corporate Clash initially went by the name “Project Altis” but rebranded in 2018 due to previous controversy Project Altis had, TTCC was relatively small but would make a unique name for itself with new content and quality of life added, especially with the addition of the 1.3 Hire and Heros update. The fan base grew and attracted more people to Toontown as a game and a lot was promised such as the Mix and Match update and Hammerspace. However, issues began to show and build up slowly since 1.3 that would lead to an explosive aftermath.
What happened to lead to this?
Let's start off simple, on June 8th 2025, a blog post from the website dog-game.xyz was uploaded titled “Corporate Clash and The Beatles”. In it was a bombshell that a majority of the crew responsible for 1.3 and pre 1.3 updates have all either left the team or gone inactive, the former being more common. The writer, Mica, who was a former lead/member brings up the main point that the reason to why TTCC hadn't had any major updates like 1.3 or High Roller/April Toons 2023 in the span of almost 2 years (excluding the boardbot update, Clash's 2024 anniversary or any holiday events past 2023) is due to most of the people integral to the development/behind the scenes of the game having left, with the need for new members/applicants to replace them growing smaller and smaller especially in relation to important departments.
However, even before everything blew up, people within the community discord for TTCC called Clashcord began discussing the lack of news or updates. Which had the technical and community lead for TTCC Sheriff Cranky to respond that the team were planning to post a new blogpost to coincide with TTCC's anniversary date.

(keep in mind, this screenshot was taken before the reddit posts and people's experiences against the TTCC team occurred, this screenshot was kindly given to me by someone else actually in the discord)
A transscript of the conversations:
Lady Snagglesnout (6/12/25): Sure, there would be problems, but at the same time the current state of communications comes off as downright unprofessional compared to how stunning the actual project itself is.
CrunchyCroissant (6/12/25): I mean no disrespect to anybody I'm just trying to make sense of stuff I've felt over time
Sherrif Cranky (6/12/25): I don't have a lot I can say on the topic as of yet but I'm aware of the radio silence and its effects. There will be a blogpost outlining where we are at very soon to coincide with our birthday
It was only till the 13th to 14th of June where more people in the community started reading/giving this blog post attention, such as the @NoContextTTO twitter account linking it in the replies of a post commenting on how golf in Corporate Clash seems broken/development updates on Clash had been infrequent and not transparent throughout the year. Soon a reddit post would be made on the R/Toontown subreddit bringing the blog post up which led to responses and grievances by credible former crew members being aired. Please read through all the comments to really understand the gravity of the situation.
Shortly after, a twitter thread by @St4rb1tz was made shining more light to the situation and the reddit post which garnered more eyes from the community and eventually the TTCC team. Amidst the comments of former staff experiences being aired out, mainly leadership of TTCC such as Sheriff Cranky and Maven would come in with their sides of the story, however a lot of former members would come out with the crucial information that a lot of the grievances and suffering caused from the team was from leadership/those individuals (mainly Sheriff Cranky).
It was also revealed that previously, a grievance document that was about 40 pages long and included the opinions of former and current staff had been sent to leadership, but it was quickly dismissed and ridiculed which caused more bad blood to form. As more people would come out with what they went through outside of reddit in relation to either being on the crew or generally unpleasant/inappropriate encounters with corrupt members/Sheriff Cranky.
As of 15th to 16th of June, this situation has become so big major influencers/online figures in the Toontown community such as Stuck the Duck and Smirky have come out and help spread further information/discussion, via twitch live streams while smaller but notable creators such as the aforementioned NoContextTTO account and Toontown youtuber AnthonyRanieri have also discussed and talked about what was happening. Links for the stream vods and videos will be linked for viewing

Currently, new developments have occured with the situation, after much calls for Sheriff Cranky to step down from his position, it was announced via Clashcord that he handed in his resignation and would no longer be working on the team, he also then posted a long post on the r/Toontown reddit detailing his experience working on Clash with allusions to former team members while also addressing certain claims that had come to light against him from the situation. The TTCC twitter account had returned briefly to post a statement thread disclosing that development for the game would pause for a while to recoup and improve the situation for current members while also addressing Sheriff Cranky's resignation and apologizing to current and former members of the team.

tyteen4a03/Sheriff Cranky: Hi all, Effectively immediately, I will be stepping down from all positions within Corporate Clash. There is no current replacement for my current roles. I've enjoyed seeing everything that you do in here and please keep it up! Thank you all for being here and continuing to support Corporate Clash!
While everything seems slow to develop and we don't know for sure what will happen as still many former members come out with their experiences on the reddit post and there is more to fix with the TTCC team than just removing one (albeit prominent) problem person, that's what we have right?
What if I were to tell you that this goes way further and that there were many cracks/clues to this even before the blogpost/leaving of senior/notable staff. This is where we dive into murky waters.
October 2023
On either the 18th or 19th of October 2023, a 61 page Google Document would be released by the burner twitter account @UNHEARD8140. It details allegations by a former TTCC staff member who went by the aliases Keeby/Pyro (as they are credited as).

(their roles as stated: former comic artist, former concept artist, former 2d artist, former brand artist, former game designer, former lore writer, former moderation and former support)
Link of the credits where you can find thisThey were responsible for creating the no longer available TTCC comic “Reid-tirement” and a few brand comics

Allegations of grooming/sexual harassment, manipulation and the TTCC's team poor ability to mitagate this situation fairly was brought up in response to a situation happening prior, where people in the fandom were advocating online for TTCC's moderation team to ip ban a player named “Nilly” who was acting inappropriately, particularly around minors, who had not been banned despite many reports and evidence being sent. This document posted by Keeby gained traction even to a handful of people outside the Toontown fandom and posts/calls to actions would be made by the TTCC fanbase to remove problematic staff/predators from the game/community in response to the document.
Why do I bring this all up? The allegations Keeby made was towards an individual on the team listed as Sheep/Main, those names which were included in the credits for TTCC as many important roles such as many department leads, a game designer and developer for 1.3 and a composer (e.g. they are the main credit/composer of Pacesetter's theme)

(their roles as stated: former creative lead, former game developer, former game designer, former composer, former bot developer, former game design lead assistant, former design director, former technical lead assistant)
Link of the credits where you can find this
(from a blog post featuring Mica when they went by the alias Main)

Corporate Clash v1.3.0 informational video
It is highly likely just based on context clues that Sheep/Main is Mica/Dog-game.xyz. Upon further looking, despite Mica's many claims of wanting to distance themself from the Toontown community through the sharing of their work on the game/TTCC they posted on github and a segment shared from Stuck the Duck's livestream, many former members who were still part of the team before leaving at various points in time are still on good/friendly terms with Mica. Same with community members who are part of crews/development of other fan servers/fan games such as Toontown Rewritten, Toontown Event Horizon and Toontown Grindworks or are just generally well liked/popular in Toontown online spaces (HOWEVER, I will state here, this does not mean everyone in the community, especially all members of any of the teams of the fan servers/games I mentioned are associated or even know who Mica is/the whole situation and this also does not discredit the real mismanagement/negative experiences former team members or community members had with TTCC higher ups, do not take this to diminish or paint everyone as guilty). Some of these former TTCC members are working on a game featured on the dog-game.xyz site called “FriendOS” that Stuck the Duck also dedicated the end of his TTCC discussion stream to promoting it, so why do I bring this up once again?

3. Pandemic hits in 2020. I join a studio as a game developer. This project taught me too many lessons about development, networking, teamwork, and people.
After shipping a studio's largest update, I leave the project in 2023 to recover for 2 years and do absolutely fucking nothing
(I will have more to say about it in the future, once it shuts down)

Whatever your opinion on Keeby or Sheep/Main/Mica is, you cannot dismiss/ignore the elephant in the room of Mica, someone with allegations of grooming/manipulation against them being essentially welcomed back by the Toontown community/Staff of many servers/fan games. Please put your biases aside as even if you may dislike a victim for whatever they have done or if the victim has also done bad things (I certainly still do not personally like Keeby for other actions of theirs), that doesn't excuse what the perpetrator has done to negatively affect them and just straight up comes off as victim blaming/abuse apologia or that the victim didn't act like the perfect victim. While I am not opposed to evidence being given to show what really happened, how much of the attitude I have seen particularly of people defending Mica or dismissing the allegations come off as a refusal to hold their friend accountable or that the possibility that someone you're close to could've done such a thing.
It is especially hypocritical as the document details further/sheds a light on instances of the TTCC team cutting Keeby off without any attempts at communication/their side to the situation, removing credits of them/their contributions to the game while still using their assets/work for months/about a year till recently when it was replaced or removed and Mica having used their power as a higher up lead to turn everyone against Keeby. As good as the outcome of Mica's blog post was helping former members finally speak out against Sheriff Cranky and others, these issues were brought up 2 years ago and it was buried/dismissed by many. Many people in the community looked away or forgot this once it wasn't a “hot topic” anymore, I am ashamed to say I too am guilty of this.
Some days after Keeby created the burner account and garnered support and attention for their document, a counter document was created by Mica and posted through a third party burner account named @pufferfish006 (not Mica). The counter document details context/defenses made by Mica over the screenshots and allegations showed in Keeby's document, it also later divulged into new information of Keeby attempting to get back in contact with Mica in various ways, one notably through a sock puppet account named “Simon” who was trying to enroll into TTCC staff and was Keeby race faking through this fake identity as a Korean american/East asian (it was later refuted by Keeby that Simon was apparently an alter of Keeby's DID/OSDD system, though Keeby themself physically isn't Korean american/East asian, I will not discuss/discourse Keeby's plurality any further out of courtesy).
It has been stated by outside sources that Keeby is also a troublesome person, however once again, that does not disregard what they went through by the hands of Mica and the TTCC team/leadership. The burner Keeby made now remains largely inactive, with the latest posts being in relation to a former abusive staff lead Cyd, being exposed as a groomer/predator who also abused their power to mistreat team members/people within the community. (links for the two callout documents made on Cyd)
However, amidst new comments from former staff rolling in, Keeby made a reddit account and detailed their experiences (that was covered/the main focus of the document they made and posted years ago) while also pointing out that Mica is the blog post writer. While they still receive support for their experiences, severely people opposed them in support of Mica/diminished their experience which caused Keeby's comments to be downvoted and eventually for Keeby to stop interacting with the thread/reddit.
Going back to the point I made about how despite this being a very large and shocking thing in the community, a lot of people ultimately forgot this happened or dismissed it entirely. Unlike the current situation going on now, nobody actually big within the Toontown community had shunned a light towards it, it was mainly fandom members and the occasional clash partner who acknowledged what was happening, now why was that?

A transcript of the text in the image
@NoContextTTO (April 23, 2024): I hope at some point clash starts Developing their toon lore a bit more. Love the implication in the Reid-tirement comic that all older toons are in black and white, just really cute.
weird (April 23, 2024): too bad they probably don't wanna touch it again considering the comic got wiped off the face of the earth
@NoContextTTO (April 23, 2024): That was just because of behind the scenes stuff that happened, the actual lore in the comic, and whatnot is still canon to my knowledge
(vague alluding to Keeby's work being removed from the site and game)
I could believe at first that it was just wanting to not touch upon heavy subjects/comfort and also not having the availability or time to deal with such events, however the more I look now especially with these new accounts and information, I'm hesitant to say that it was done innocently and at best, out of ignorance or misconceptions happening and at worst, willingly batting for a groomer/predator because they are your friend or that you don't take something as detrimental as this seriously.
When I had brought this up in two different instances via livestreams, I was instantly dismissed or just told that it was irrelevant to what was happening currently. To that I say, that is complete bullshit, even outside of the grooming allegations, there were still valid arguments made against the clash team such as the removal of credits while still using assets or refusal to communicate/give a second thought to Keeby's statement, both of which were problems that turned out not exclusive to Keeby alone. Even in Sheriff Cranky's post detailing events that happened, vaguely mentioning the situation with Keeby and Mica (under the nicknames “kirby” and “unicorn”), he admitted to having a bias towards Mica as not only were they a (past) friend but as a major contributor to the game (frequently stated from other people even by Mica themself). This is severe negligence that was festering through cliques and favoritism within the team that people only acknowledge now that it's too big to conceal, this was also a problem present within discussions of Cyd, the previously mentioned lead who was exposed for not only similar accusations as stated but abused their power as lead/their many roles in the team to get what they want/mistreat and silence people. This alone has become a recurring issue that happens again and again.
Conclusion?...
This ties back to the main reasoning as to why I am writing and publicizing this document. I do not want people in the community to forget or act like this never happened lest we have a repeat and more and more people continue to be harmed. I have faith that things can improve for the better, but it has honestly been dwindling ever since the initial Keeby situation to various other miscellaneous incidents to now all of this. The internet and spaces like these will never truly be free from deplorable people willing to exploit others for their own gain or harm vulnerable parties but we cannot turn a blind eye to these instances and we need to start actually creating environments where victims are listened to/taken into account and abusers don't have any wiggle room to return with platforms and support. This is once again to educate people on details that are being left out and ensure nothing like this can happen so easily again.
